PRIVACY POLICY
Ada Cosmetics recognizes the importance of your privacy. Our policy has always been, and continues to be, to treat what we learn about our customers as confidential. For example, we will not give or sell confidential or personal information about our customers to any third party not affiliated with their transaction.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Checks, Money Orders, and PayPal.
International payments via paypal or wire transfer.
CHECK POLICY
Personal Checks must clear before product is shipped. This process may take up to a week.
All returned checks will be charged a $40.00 administrative fee.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIMES
Full size orders may take 1 to 3 business days from the receipt of your order until shipment. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. In most cases this means 2-3 days shipping time. You will receive email notification when your order has shipped if your email has been provided. Sample size orders ship via First Class Mail and without notification. If Priority Mail is requested, shipping charges will vary accordingly.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping using USPS, Global Express Mail and Global Priority Mail.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction with our products is of greatest importance to us. If you wish to return a product please call customer service and obtain a return authorization number. You may call 1-410-522- 0884 to obtain this number.
Returns must occur within 7 days of your shipment receipt for all items.
Because of hygienic safety we cannot accept returns of opened products. The products must be unused and in their original sealed condition. We will replace items that were damaged in shipping, however, those items must be returned so that we can make a claim to the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and therefore cannot reimburse for shipping expenses unless it was our fault. ONLY Credit will be applied to your Account, not your credit card, for all returns minus the restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the product.
After the number has been obtained, you can return the product by doing the following:
1. Place a copy of the original invoice or your identifying information in the mailer.
2. Clearly write the return authorization number on the outside of the box.

Photo Colors
We make every attempt to accurately scan and tune images to reflect the original samples' rich colors and hues. Because monitors differ in their expression of color, we strongly recommend you order samples of colors prior to ordering full sizes. If your ordered cosmetic is not the expected color, please return the unopened container for a full refund. We value your business and want you to be as happy with our products are we are in having you as a customer.
